I am a freelance writer living in Northeast Atlanta and have been writing for most of my adult life. After spending about 20 years in IT within mainframe operations and fighting increasingly longer drive times in Atlanta traffic, I decided it was time to get serious about pursuing my passion for writing.
I have been published in local and national newspapers as well as being the author and developer for four websites, including this one.
My non-fiction book, Under the Smoke, has been published and is available for sale online in print and electronic formats. Shadow Catchers is a historical fiction in progress. Follow the links above for more information.
In my spare time, I have been feeding my passion in history with involvement in living history programs since 1994. I also enjoy historical research, hiking, camping, biking, and generally relaxing outdoors. Reading and writing are always a large part of everything I do. I am also currently pursuing my first BA in History from Kennesaw State University.
